Shipping and payment terms

The ordered goods will be delivered within approx. 3-5 working days after full payment. When paying with SOFORT transfer, it can take up to 14 working days for the amount to appear on our account. As long as we keep the goods in our warehouse. The goods will only be sent to the customer after receipt of the full amount. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods - for example due to unforeseeably high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers - we will inform you immediately of any delay caused by this.

The shipping cost in Germany is EUR 3.50. Any import duties or similar duties are to be borne by you. The minimum order value is 5.00 euros. From a goods value of 75.00 euros (this does not include the purchase of a voucher), orders are delivered free of charge. However, this is only possible within Germany.

In the event of revocation, you bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post.
